1/27/06 I couldn't go to the ZG raid tonight since I already have my Heart of Hakkar so instead I fooled around with my drawing tablet. I spent about two hours on this spiderman drawing. Its pretty cool in my opinion.
It's basically a freehand copy of the cover of the lastest issue of Amazing Spiderman. Next time I think I'll try and draw batman.
1/14/06 First off, happy new year. I moved to New Hampshire. Its pretty cool. This is where I live now:

12/26/05 I love this tablet. I can pump out work so quickly now. These two pieces both took about an hour apiece to make:

12/25/05 Damn. It's been a long time. Freakin holidays kill me at work. Today I made a new piece of artwork. This is a first for me. I finally got a Wacom tablet for Christmas and now I can start playing around in the world of digital drawing and painting. I spent about 2 hours tonight creating this holiday piece. I think it's pretty good for my first attempt. Let me know what you think.

10/22/05 This is an older painting that I never got scanned. I made it for my mom's office, but then I took it from her and never gave it back. Don't worry, I'll get it back to her.

10/19/05 Hello there. Halloween is coming soon. I'm psyched, how about you? I made something interesting today. I made a painting of a family at the beach, but I scanned it in at the different steps:

The first image is the pencil sketch that I did from a photograph. The second image is after I inked the sketch and erased all the pencil marks.

I just watched Brooks hang himself in The Shawshank Redemption. It made think of drawing a noose so I went online and looked up pictures of them. I found a photo of a noose on a sky background so that gave me the idea for this image. I am not feeling suicidal or anything, so don't send me IMs being like, "Jason? Are you ok?"
On a side note: My fantasy football team is doing outstandingly well.
9/26/05 More cool stuff for you. This is another sketch I colored digitally. I would really like to paint these, but since they are in my sketch book I can't really. If I did the paper would get all nasty and curly. Sometime soon when I get a day off work I'll drive to the store and get some more heavy duty paper and copy some of these and then paint them. w00t! Run-on sentence!

When I first moved into my house in Manassas I drew this sketch of the candles I had set up in my room. So the coloring I based on some images of candles I found on the internet. I think it came out looking pretty nice.
Also, I got the drawings section working. FINALLY.
9/24/05 I took a picture of me and put it on top of a sketch I made. Thought it would be cool to do the opposite of what these other new pictures are.

I titled it Room of My Design. It is in fact a room that I designed, but never created. It's a good thing is didn't get created cause someone other than the person who it was intended for would be enjoying it now anyways. Although it still would have been really cool to see it finished.
9/23/05 More new sketches. I'm very proud of this drawing. I don't think it's as good as my usual stuff, but that is because I made the drawing out of my head. Then I colored it out of my head and it doesn't suck ass. I think this is first time I've made something out of my head and actually thought it was pretty good.

I'm planning on eventually drawing a background for it, but for now I just put this photo I found and messed with in the background. Now to KFC before it closes. I need chicken. Lots and lots of chicken. For my belly. Peace.
9/22/05 You know, every once in a while I get a hankering to do some of that artwork. This just happened to be one of those days. Since I'm sort of bone dry on ideas for new stuff to make, I've just been grazing through my sketch books and finishing drawings/messing around with Photoshop. Here's what I've been doing:

The bus stop is just an ink sketch that i put on some random picture I found on the internet. I was just trying to match the colors so it would look pretty on my website. I think it came out rather nice.

8/1/05 Long time no see, eh? I was just dropping a line to say what I've been up to. As for art, I haven't really been doing much but sketching, you know, practice makes perfect. In other news: Rusty is buying a pool table and going to be taking the furniture out of the living room in order to fit it. I'm still not sure how I feel about this. I mean, it's cool that we are getting a pool table. At the same time, I find not having a living room not so cool. I guess I'll learn to love it as much as soccer.
If you know me, then you know I have no respect for soccer players.
Besides that nothing new really. I just make bears and continue to live life under the belief I am the coolest person in America. Thank you.
7/9/05 UPDATE! I got me some new pictures I did done painted for myself. Since I painted a picture of a woman with a black eye, I decided to paint a picture of a man with a black eye. I don't want to appear sexist.

I would like to take this opportunity to explain to you how much of a badass Batman is. First of all, check this out:

GORDON! Omg, Gordon ruled. He ruled for similar reasons. He drove the goddamned tank. DROVE IT AND BLEW SHIT UP! You can't be cooler than that. He's a pimp! I mean, literally! He was a pimp in that awesome Dennis Hopper movie. He was also Sirius Black, can't get cooler than that.

6/11/05 I did a new drawing tonight when I got home from work. It's of a friend named Jewlz. I didn't ask if I could draw it, but I didn't think she'd mind. If she does then I'll just burn it. I colored the blue parts digitally, the rest is all ink.

6/10/05 New painting today. It's kind of strange if you ask me. I did a search on google images for women, just so I could sketch some. I found this one picture of a woman who got beat up. For some reason I went all the way and painted it. Let me know what you think.

4/26/05 Hello, it's me again. I think I've decided to give up World of Warcraft for the time being and start playing Guild Wars. Although I'm sure it is just as time consuming, it has the potential to be a fantastic game.
Also, how you all like that new enter screen? It's pretty phat if you ask me.
I also got some more links at the top to work. For instance, the ARTIST section. I'm going to be putting more effort into the website now that I installed FrontPage again. 4/20/05 Where the HELL have I been? I'll tell you where. Freakin' World of Warcraft is dominating my soul. It's gross. However, since this PvP retardedness has begun in the game I find myself wanting to do other things for the time being. Are you curious as to what I've been doing?
I've been listening to With Teeth. I tell you what, it is a good album. I am a fan of that new album. Also, I've been rocking out to Head Automatica, the new Mindless Self Indulgence album, and Shinedown. <<<ATTENTION: NEW ART>>>

The stuff that is not painted is going to be, and the one that is painted will be finished being painted. I just wanted to prove that I'm still sort of an artist and not just a full-time bear maker. 11/10/04 I want everyone to take a moment. Please, look at the number or kills I had. Then look at the number of kills everyone else had. Then compare them to each other. If you notice, I had more kills than everyone else.
